Now days we organize all the things. This way we can do numerous tasks from morning till midnight. .This might look going over the top but we must do the tasks systematically. I simply fail to understand why people do not organize their Meals. We all organize every little thing but rarely our Meals. A few might even schedule at what time they will make love…So, can’t we spare a little time and organize what we will have ? If one can spare a little time to get this information, we can organize the meals effortlessly in seven easy ways. Make sure not to lose your way for a single second otherwise its finished .Its that fluid.

1. Small portions are best.

An expert says, people with particular pathology should have their food at multiple times everyday. Some people suggest that one should take meal every after two hour. It’s not that difficult to follow .My advice is that initially have your food once every 4 hrs and don’t change your daily routine of diet. Have enough of protein & fiber in your meal. Always include salad and fruit to make it a complete meal. Avoid the temptation of turning the small meal into bowls of oil and fat rich meat. The idea of eating throughout day is not a bad one!! It’s quite understandable that by having something or the other every after two hour helps in decreasing the temptation for food. Since it is a nano meal, the desire is isn’t much. Thus no one will notice what you are having …

Those were the few easiest ways to remain healthy and refreshing. One can have meals two hourly as according to the schedule. This is no rocket science to understand and follow these habits.

2. Don’t go over board

This one is a bit difficult than it looks .Figure out how much percentage of your meal needs to be cut down. Like when you are aiming at ten percent decrease, then try and maintain the level. This doesn’t mean you should calculate the calories whenever you eat. But, when you are dieting for quiet long time you tend to get an idea how much calories you are having. Always remember, to have food which has high nutrition value and go perfect with your conscious!” This will assist you reducing the number of calorie intake.

3 Eat good tasty food
Allow yourself occasionally to eat things you crave for. This will serve to satiate your desire and thus assist you in maintaining a strict diet regimen later. Because if you do not and keep complaining everyday, this will surely do more harm than having it occasionally.

4 Eat your calories, don’t drink them.

Make sure you don’t get all the energy requirements from soft drinks and other sweetened drinks. Always keep that in mind.

When we feel emotionally low, we tend to eat more food; this will in turn make you more emotionally suppressed. This is a vicious circle one must break.

Remember as a small child, your father at the dining table reminding you to chew your food properly and slowly. Never gulp your food down without chewing adequately. This way food is not registered in your brain so you still feel hungry even after eating a lot, his makes you obese, and out of shape.

7. Discover your food triggers

Have you ever wondered why chocolates on stands in a supermarket make you feel like having them? Ihave myself experienced this. At first, single out the food items that trigger the response system of your body and mind. Once you will get to know about them you can easily avoid the instances that make you feel like eating them
So, it wasn’t difficult is it? You need not to go on a complete diet. Take it just like you do other things in life, you are planning for something before doing it.
