Talking about Obesity, it is a condition whereby the body gets to stores a lot of fatty tissue that exceeding the limits. Obesity in itself it is a disease that can cause the body prone to other diseases. With reference to the current statistics Obesity is the second most preventable death after smoking and among the most dangerous diseases. It is associated with a number of diseases such as

• Different kind of cancer,
• Stroke
• Dyslipidmia
• Hypertension
• Respiratory problems

To be successive in the program of losing weight and maintaining the normal size it is necessary to follow basic steps that are essential. It is also very important to have instructor to help you with the program. I find it advantageous if you have someone encouraging you and always by your side.

• Diet: Having a well balance diet has always been the key to most of the weight loss programs, and if followed you will reap a lot of benefits. The balanced diet should contain a low fat content. Meaning that the food should contain minimal of no fat at all to reduce the amount of calories in the body. It is advisable to also have high level of fiber diet to help in the digestion of food in the body. Ingesting a high level of body building foods are advisable so as to help in burning of the excess fat in the body. Let us not forget the taking of a lot of fluids in the body to cleanse the body and other internal organs that might be affected by the high percentage of calories in the body.
• Exercise: It has been proven and it is advisable to do some physical training to help in the burning of the excess fat in the body. Starting with heavy exercise is not good for the body, its better a one hour physical activity on most days of the week.
• Getting positive support from people is also encouraging so that you can be motivated to continue with the program. Having negative people around you will always produce negative results and the vice versa.
• Taking some diet pill can also help if you want to reduce the weight fast and with less effort. It is very important to discuss all medication with your doctor.
• Changing the way to eat is very important. Eating everything that is attractive to your eyes is very harmful. It’s better to avoid the food that you like most or else the situation will never change this is underlined in the sense that in pursuit of good health we have we have to choose between the good and the best.
